Last Exile

Review:

Steampunk is a term used to describe technology that generally stays at the level of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. This classy anime definitely falls into that category, with steam-powered airships large and small duking it out with steam-powered cannons. The series follows a pair of likable teenage airborne message couriers (Claus and Lavie) as they get involved with a plot to discover the secret of Exile, considered to be the most powerful item on their world. This plot takes them into contact with the Silvana, an elite warship that serves as the home of most of the show. - Contributed by OmegaPaladin
