X (Series)

X is the tragic tale of Kamui and his lifelong friends Kotori and Fuma, and a massive battle between two groups over the fate of the earth. One desires a natural future devoid of people, while the other fights for the status quo, the world that the people they love live in. With more supporting characters than you can shake a stick at, X is deep and complex and manages, unlike its movie counterpart, to fully develop those characters and show their back stories successfully.
