Yu-Gi-Oh a bad movie at Rotten Tomatos?

    Thursday, September 24th, 2009

Just happened to see that Yu-Gi-Oh is on Rotten Tomato’s list of the worst 100 movies of the past ten years. I’m not sure what to make of this. Several video game adaptations unsurprisingly make the list. Dragonball Evolution appears to have missed the list by a surprisingly wide margin, with a fresh rating of 14%, compared to slot #100′s Whiteout at 7%.

If You’ve Seen The Original Series, You Can Skip 10 Too

    Friday, September 4th, 2009

There’s nothing surprising at all in episode 10 for anyone that’s seen the original series of Fullmetal Alchemist. I know they have to rehash things a bit so Brotherhood can stand on its own, but it’d be nice if the series would throw an occasional curveball. Surprise us with something already; or at the very least, don’t pick episode titles and use over the top foreshadowing to tell us exactly where we are in the plot. (Spoiler in Al-Bhed:) Ed syo hud pa y cinbneca du sucd dryd Rikrac teac — but it would be nice if it hadn’t be painfully obvious it was going to happen this episode.
